Do all UPC Athletes get to train at Unit Fitness Gym?

All UPC athletes have the option to train at Unit Fitness, Individualised athletes have this included in their programming package, however goal based athletes will be required to purchase a gym membership + goal programming package priced at £50

I would like to have individualised coaching but don't want to give up my current physical activities.

This is never an issue whatsoever, we build individualised programming around the individual, therefore whatever you want to do, we make sure that can be included within your training structure, whether that is related to your training goal or not.​

What if I can't do some of the prescribed movements in the goal based structures?

I would like to have individualised coaching but I can only train from home with no/limited equipment.

Our coaches can work with whatever you have available, a gym to train in is not required.

I'd like to change my programming.

Not a problem, you are free to move between our programming options as much as you like, contact us and we will move you across.

I'm not sure what programming option to choose.

Not a problem, drop us an email and one of our coaches will contact you. We'll organise a time for a consultation to help decide what the best option for you is. This is free of charge.

Are there any contract length tie ins?

No, all packages are run on a month to month basis, you are free to cancel at any time.
