Unit Weightlifting is our goal based structure for weightlifting athletes.

U.W is designed to improve your strength and develop your technical ability in the main lifts through methods that the UPC coaches have built and improved upon with countless hours of coaching and programming weightlifting athletes. We include all the necessary accessories and secondary exercises to improve every weightlifter, whether you're experienced or a complete novice.  

Unit Weightlifting is delivered every week on a Sunday night via TrueCoach.
